A powered HDMI splitter will strip out HDCP for you on any console. If you need one, I have one you can borrow. I do have a Powered splitter but it does nothing (teach me for buying the cheap one) But we shouldn't need to worry about it as we are planning to keep it to mostly Lee's PC (Switching to the PS4 for PT demo) Don't suppose you have an Amazon link to your splitter - could really do with one of those. www.amazon.co.uk/Switch-Splitter-Input-Output-1080p/dp/B006KZBC92/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1412953557&sr=8-4&keywords=HDMI+splitterWorks great for my PS3 / PS4 (pre-patch), and Ouya. Basically, any amplified splitter that supports HDCP and HDMI 1.4a should work, providing you got the right PSU and amp-age sorted out. Make sure your cables are high speed 1.4a too, and you should be fine.

That's good.
On a side note, even though the stream could be pumped out at 3k bitrate on VDSL, you should probably only put it at about 1900, unless twitch enables different quality options (which is unlikely) so that people can watch without it buffering even on semi-shit internet.

I think twitch actually caps it at 2500 anyway.

AFAIK there's no cap. My stream runs on average between 2750 and 3000, and I know many streamers overseas who get over 10mbit upstream. If there is an bitrate cap, it's far above anything that streamers in Guernsey have to worry about!

Ah yeah - you might be right actually. I think it was a recommended actually - I think it might have been 720p, 30fps, max of 2500 mpbs.
