Ok, since this event is next week it's time to firm things up for those who want to participate.
The Basics
The event starts at 6PM next Friday (July 25th) and ends at the 6PM the following day (Saturday 26th July) and is being held at the Games Lounge, which is opposite the Battle-Tec shop in Trinity Square.
The bar at the Games Lounge will be open for standard bar opening hours (6PM-11PMish I think) and Saturday afternoon. There is also Contree Mansell stores open right opposite the road and a number of take away places in trinity square.

Hardware
So far we have capability for about 6 PC's, and there are 4 Xbox Ones already down there. For those PC gaming, laptops would be advisable!
Games Played
This is not a definite list! But what we were originally aiming for. If a game can be accomodated then it will be played! Simple as that.

The Minecraft server is up and running has a capacity of 30 players. You can access it using these details;

The game mode is set to Survival. We will probably end up using this server in the future too!

Donations
Donations will be accepted online using THIS LINK as well of course at the event. All donations are being split 25% between each charity. During the event, we will give giving away various gaming related bits and bobs to those who donate, such as Steam games, T-shirts and Xbone/PS4 Games. It's important we get this link and the donation incentives around as much as possible so that we can raise as much money as we can!
I have also attached a Sponsorship form, so if you're interested in participating please get that going round your office/school/house!
Stream
The entire event will be streamed on twitch.tv.
The stream will consist of various cameras, including one in the Games Lounge so people can see what we are up too.
There will be a main PC - Either mine or GoneHuntings that will be the main donation/stream station so everything will go through that!
Playing
If you're interested in coming down and playing and you haven't made contact yet DO SO NOW! I'm getting all those that have signed up on the website to join the forum so we can determine a timetable and schedule for the event.
